By attending this Magic Gardens event, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to attendance at this Magic Gardens event, including exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold OUTIS LLC (the organizer) or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any loss, damage, illness, or injury, including death due to any cause whatsoever, including negligence.

By purchasing this ticket you confirm that you are 21+ years of age and have a valid identification document indicating legal drinking age in the United States. Attendees under 21+ are not permitted at Magic Gardens under any circumstances and OUTIS LLC and the Organisers are not liable for illegal use of forged documents to gain entry.
